The PMSHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2 M.I.R.C Ahmednagar is established in the year 1985 near Mechanised Infantry Regiment & Centre (MIRC), in Darewadi, Solapur Road, Ahmednagar.

This Vidyalaya is situated on Solapur Road , near Wakodi Phata, Darewadi. It is about 5 KM from Ahmednagar-pune Bus Stand. It is 3 section school...

As we celebrate the glorious Diamond Jubilee of our prestigious organization, it fills us with immense joy, enthusiasm, and pride to reflect upon the remarkable journey we have undertaken together. This day serves as a poignant reminder of the pivotal role this esteemed organization plays in fostering national unity, humanity, and prosperity through the power of education. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is committed to nurturing the holistic development of students, ensuring a uniform curriculum and educational standards across all its schools throughout India. The 69 Kendriya Vidyalayas in the Mumbai Region uphold this commitment by placing a strong emphasis on imparting life skills and fostering harmony through child-centric learning activities. At KVS, our motto is: “Hiranmayen Patren Satyasyapihitam Mukham Tat Tvam Pushannapavrunu Satyadharmay Drishtaye.” Pupils must therefore acquire the knowledge and perspective necessary to overcome the allure of falsity and embrace Satyam Shivam Sundaram through the transformative power of education. As education continually evolves, KVS remains committed to adapting to change. All Kendriya Vidyalayas are currently implementing the New Education Policy-2020, a policy for the revitalization of India in the global context. The PM Shri KV No.2 MIRC Ahmednagar team is dedicated to the creation of an institution that constantly reaches for excellence in all fields of the curriculum, provides opportunities for academic learning and discovery and enables our young minds to be healthy, happy, progressive, proactive and techno savvy. We facilitate our children for a quick reinvention of skills to deal with the present and future needs, along with imbibing the invaluable lessons of our rich cultural heritage. In school the students are guided towards a disciplined life, an ethical moral value system as well as fun filled learning and joyful playing ...one of the primary requirements of children… through myriads of colorful activities. The unstinting and passionate efforts of the teachers committed to the holistic development of our students, the guidance of the KVS Regional office, Mumbai, the support of the MIRC authorities and parents alike, make this institution one of the most acclaimed schools in the country. In the race of this fast-moving world my team and I wish to see that the students excel in whatever they do. And to achieve that objective concerted efforts are taken at this Vidyalaya. For achieving 100 percent result all steps are taken to guide the under achievers. The bright students are also given due attention for bettering their results. With a view to meet all the above ends emphasis laid on value education and discipline so that the students are well – equipped to fight the real-life challenges. This is needless to emphasize that the meticulous and mature functioning of teachers is doing all these. More over the prudent suggestions of responsible parents have added glitter and glow for the multifarious development of this Vidyalaya.
